Open Question: University Village Apartments in Davis, CA?

is University Village Apartments in Davis a bad place to live if you're a freshman in UCD? i heard there are trash in the hallways, rude managers and LOUD neighbors. i don't know if this is true. i'm attracted to the pool, free services and my own bathroom (which is necessary). has anyone who's actually lived there tell me about your experiences and if it's worth it?... read more
